Starting from 9am the conference offers outstanding content infused with a truly social experience. Each panel consists of two best cases and one interactive session which addresses the main challenges that you are currently facing in your job. Sit down, network and connect with leading communication experts during our coffee and lunch breaks. The conference ends at 6pm. But make sure to stay a bit longer and join us for dinner while celebrating the Asia Pacific Excellence Awards. A great opportunity to network and to bring the evening to an end in a festive setting.
More and more companies are cutting budgets for marketing and communications. However, the expectations on the effects of campaigns and events are never lower down from senior management. Thus, PR professionals should learn to collect and integrate non-cash resources, utilize the advantages of social media and keep the campaign goal-directed to get the biggest ROI. To maximize the effect, not only the event itself but also pre and post event phase should be well-planned and executed for communications. We’ll explore the real cases to get the practical approach.
With the increasing demand of stakeholders, B2B companies have the need to enhance brand awareness beyond their industries and direct customers. However the traditional way of messaging and story-telling for industrial audience does not meet the new requirement. How to create relevant and compelling content for different stakeholders using new channels? What does China’s digital communication environment offer? How can we better link to the social trends and topics in China? Evonik Industries, a world’s leading specialty chemicals company, has started our first attempts and seek for answers to these questions.
Why create content? What is content? What is the right content? What is the right content for your brand? What is the right amount of content? The above and much more will be covered in this session.
A chance to sit down, network and connect with decision makers within the industry.
This interactive session is participant led and will address the main challenges which the participants are currently facing in digital communications strategies. These challenges will be collected on the morning of the conference when attendees are asked to make note of one challenge/problem that is affecting their department. These challenges will be posted at the beginning of the session and interested topic participants will join a certain table for a discussion. We will have a slide with the list of challenges and each table will have a number. You will have 10 minutes to discuss the challenge and 1 representative (per table) will share with the rest of the audience their key findings.
The new currency in social media is authenticity. From crisis management, brand engagement and product sales, influencers are the new media power houses with new rules and demand to reach the millennial audience.
Integral ingredients to build trust and credibility in a world of fake news, greenwashing and creative public relations.
“I wish I could have been a fly on the wall for that conversation!” When it comes to social listening, examining what is said in online conversations around your brand allows you to see what your online community is saying about you, rather than to you. How should social listening be used to prevent crises? How does it help to turn a social conversation between strangers into loyal fans and guests who tell their friends how great your property is? Find out more in our discussion.
Alongside the Conference, we are celebrating the Asia-Pacific Excellence Awards. We invite you to join the Award Gala, expand your network and bring the evening to an end in a festive setting.
